I’m at the point of my life, that while I understand myself, my moods and my fears much better, I still tend to look at myself as a failure. Dan showed me so many situations when I was awed to discover how our past trauma can influence todays life, even after years and years and years, and overall how our brain works and looks at certain situations. Understanding why I feel the way I feel when certain things come up, and that I can begin to rewire my brain to view these situations differently
